Our Vision
A Family Home
Our family fell in love with De Luz, Temecula the first time we visited in 2019. We found this home shortly afterwards, empty and neglected and spent the next several years fixing, furnishing and renovating the space. When the world was in desperate need for community and connection in 2022, we invited our friends and community to begin hosting intimate retreats in our space. The rest is history!
A SPACE FOR RETREATS
Our property has been designed to host retreats, with a large front room for gathering, as well as a 400 sq ft open space indoors for movement, circle or ceremony. This space opens up to a large courtyard, and windows throughout the home overlook the trees and hills surrounding the property.
Chefs love our fully-stocked kitchen to prepare private dinners or full retreat catering, served in the dining room or outdoors in the courtyard.

Hosting a larger event? Our outdoor spaces are perfect for bigger celebrations, and our concierge team is here to help plan your event. Whether it's a poolside spa day or large dinner party in the olive grove, Vous Wellness can help you plan and execute the perfect celebration with support both before and in-person during your event.

SWIM
Our unheated salt pool is great for refreshing swims in the summer heat, or a post-sauna cold plunge in winter.
SAUNA
Sweat in our cozy Finnish sauna right by the pool.
SOAK
Stargaze in the jacuzzi under the Oak trees, or enjoy the comfort of the clawfoot tub in the upstairs spa bath.
SPA
Our concierge is happy to arrange a masseuse or esthetician to bring spa services directly to your retreat. Set up poolside or in the comfort of the home or barn.
Grounds
5 acres of Beauty
Immerse yourself in acres of oaks, eucalyptus, olive, sycamore, willow, pine trees and more. Grab a grapefruit, hide away in a hammock and nap to the sound of birdsong under ancient trees.
TRAIL
Walk our meditation trail behind the main house, wander throuh our groves of fruit trees, or stroll through our labyrinth and brand new garden of native plants.
We are located on Avenida del Oro in De Luz, Temecula. Explore a 2 mile loop on the nearby fire trails around the neighboring vineyard and golf course, or visit the popular Santa Margarita River Trail a short drive away.
Stream
Our ephemeral stream makes an appearance every Winter and Spring following the rains, and becomes a home for hundreds of happy frogs.
Wildlife
Catch a glimpse of the hawks, coyotes, rabbits, deer, snakes and other animals that have made this land their home.

W A T E R
Water room is a bright master suite with fireplace, views over the property, direct pool access and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. Accommodates 2-4 guests in 2 queen beds.
M E T A L
Metal room is our upstairs master suite featuring ensuite spa bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub and dual vanity, and a bathroom overlooking the Oak trees. Accommodates 2-3 guests in one king bed and one twin cot.
F I R E
Fire room is a bright and cozy upstairs room overlooking the courtyard, with an ensuite bathroom. Accommodates 2 guests in 2 full beds.
E A R T H
Earth room opens out to the jacuzzi and has a dedicated full bathroom in the hallway. Accommodates 1-2 guests in 1 queen bed.
W O O D
Wood room is a separate casita tucked in the forest with private entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchen. Accommodates 3 guests with 1 king bed and 1 daybed.
B A R N
Glamping accommodations are available in our barn if additional space is needed. Accommodates 3 guests with 1 full bed, 1 twin daybed and 1 twin trundle.
